I’m glad you stopped by. I created the website as a way to give you a bit of information about me and to have a place to occasionally showcase my listings. In today’s real estate market information is power, and I believe in providing my clients with the best information available. Residential Purchases and Sales
I have helped many people navigate their real estate transactions. Buying a home is typically something that you do only a few times in your lifetime. It’s too hard to remember exactly how you did it last time, and even if you did remember, the rules have probably changed since then. Leasing Assistance
The toughest (and most important) part of owning rental property is finding a good tenant. I know this first hand. If you have rental property that you manage yourself, I would be glad to help with finding and qualifying your next tenant. I’ll advertise and show the property, review applications with you, obtain credit and background checks, and get the lease signed. Please note that I do not do property management.

Are you curious about what your home may really be worth? Often the on-line pricing services are nothing more than assemblers of data that don’t have an educated, objective check-and-balance. If you would like a no obligation market evaluation of your home, I’m glad to help.
A Little About Me
I have been a licensed real estate agent in the state of Colorado since September 2004. I formed Lampo Realty in April 2009 after about a year and a half at a large real estate firm and then a few years with a smaller firm. Prior to working in real estate I earned a BSME from CU in Boulder, and then took a job as a project manager for a very large mechanical construction company. From that chapter in my life I bring experience with contracts and negotiation, and my ability to manage projects to deadline within budget. My goal is to provide top-notch service to my clients and to earn their referrals and repeat business. Working toward that goal helped me weather the downturn in the housing market and prepared me for our current market. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the Boulder-Longmont Realtor Association. Last, but certainly not least, I have a great wife that puts up with the odd hours that I work, and two really great kids who still like to hang out with me.
